2.1 Free and Paid Features

• Basic Transcription: Extract transcripts from YouTube videos for free.
• AI Processing: Users can integrate their OpenAI API key for advanced processing. RushTechHub does not charge for AI features—users pay OpenAI directly for API usage.

3. API Key Handling

3.1 User Responsibility

• When using AI-powered features, you must provide your own OpenAI API key.
• Your API key is never stored on our servers. It remains in your browser’s local storage and is sent directly to OpenAI for processing.
• You are responsible for any costs associated with API usage.

3.2 Privacy & Security

• RushTechHub does not collect, store, or share your API key.
• If you lose access to your key, you must retrieve it through OpenAI: Find your API key here.

4. Data Storage & Retention

4.1 Transcript Storage

• Free users can store up to 15 transcripts and 15 AI processing results.
• Once the storage limit is reached, users must download and delete old transcripts to continue using the service.

4.2 Data Ownership

• You own the transcripts you generate. RushTechHub does not claim any rights over user-generated transcripts.
• We do not store transcripts beyond the allowed limit, and deleted transcripts cannot be recovered.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

By using RushTechHub, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Extract or distribute transcripts in violation of copyright laws.
• Use automated bots or scripts to excessively request transcripts.

If we detect misuse, excessive API requests, or violations of these terms, we reserve the right to restrict access to our service.

6. Limitation of Liability

RushTechHub provides the transcript generator and AI tools as-is, with no guarantees of accuracy or availability.

• Transcript Accuracy: Transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors.
• AI-Generated Content: AI processing results are not reviewed or verified by RushTechHub.
• Service Interruptions: We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any issues related to OpenAI’s API services.

By using this service, you acknowledge that RushTechHub is not responsible for any financial, legal, or personal consequences resulting from transcript inaccuracies or API-related issues.
